I don't know just what the AEM7 was up to. It came in behind our MARC train. I wounder if #927 was doing some switching? The VRE yard is in the distance beyond the most distant over pass. The tracks to the right are the main thru lines from the south which pass thorugh Union Station. The tracks adjacent to the platforms are stubs which end a few hundred feet behind the camera in the train shed. |
