BML Yard |
Description: |
Now here is something you don't see every day. European & US couplers. During this period the BML was running a Swedish steam locomotive & trainset. So their locomotives were outfitted for both systems. The Downeast Scenic bought BML #54 a coupld years ago and it's bumbers were laying on the scrap pile last time I saw them.... /DL |

The 11 AM Train eastbound |
Description: |
Maps list this crossing as the Fowler Hill Road, however the sign out at the entrance calls it the Ed Nickerson Road. The open car is about where the siding's west switch would have been and the branch headed back past the camera to the left. /DL |
